Our website and/or service has no intention to collect data of website visitors below the age of 16 years. Unless they have permission from their parents or legal guardian. However, we can’t control whether a visitor is over the age of 16 years. That is why we strongly advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. When you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us via email@example.com. We will then remove this information.

How long do we store personal data?
TIC Assurance B.V. stores your personal data no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data was collected.
We perform a yearly clearing of the customer and data files for every application. The personal data is stored and used for a period in accordance with the applicable law and objectives.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
TIC Assurance B.V. will only provide data to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you, or to meet a legal requirement.

In order to ensure that the request to review is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with the request. On this copy, blacken your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security Number (BSN). This to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and at least within four weeks.
